apparently the upstage has abysmal battery life. they try to pass it off by giving u this 2 sided, flip open case that also has an extra battery pack that plugs in to the bottom of the phone. but it looks clunky, and pratically doubles the width of the whole package. not that the whole upstage is not an interesting idea, but it is the literal example of bolting on features
